This past April Dave sold our second house in less than 5 days for an amount that was way above asking price. We were astonished by the amount and how quickly it sold. I thought it would be easy to sell my property but it was significantly more complicated than I anticipated. Dave was amazing throughout the process. I needed to sell my home quickly as I was in the midst of purchasing another one.
Unfortunately, I ran into a big problem. There was work previously done to my house without permits being filed with the county. It ground the entire closing process to a halt. I wasn’t sure what to do. I am a school teacher so free time during the school year is a commodity. I really can’t take off. Kevin handled everything. He helped me find contractors to come and review/fix the previous work, insured the permits were filed and the certificate of occupancy was issued which allowed us to close. He went to the county office countless times during that two week period. We only had to delay closing by a few days. I cannot tell you the relief I felt having someone in my corner. To say Kevin exceeding my expectations would be a gross understatement. If you need a realtor you can count on, look no further.
